Our Warranty Does Not Cover:
Claims caused by: Abuse, Neglect, and Lack of maintenance or wear and tear.
Lovatt & Ricketts Saddles®,their agents or representatives must inspect all claims and their decision is final.
Proof of purchase must be included with the saddle for inspection; warranty is only valid with the original owner.
Return Shipping of all items for inspection or repair to the factory or distributor is the sole responsibility of the owner.
Adjusting Saddle Trees
We do not recommend adjusting the fit of a saddle using machines to achieve this on our saddles. By altering the fit of a saddle using this method will void the warranty of your saddle. A new tree needs to be fitted to change the original fit of saddle.
The billets and the stitching attaching them to the saddle should be checked on a regular basis for undue wear and tear. This is EXTREMELY IMPORTANT for the safety of the rider and lack of attention to this could cause injury.
